We have three packages available for you to choose from that covers both marketing only, for the experienced vendors, and our recommended competitive fully managed package.

Option 1 - Marketing Only

•  Give you access to your personal online Property File to manage your viewing requests and bookings, feedback received etc.
•  Qualify & screen potential buyers
•  Negotiate the best deal for you
•  Creation of Memorandum of Sale, issued to all parties and solicitors

Option 2 - Marketing with Accompanied Viewings

•  Benburys will manage the booking in process for all viewings
•  Benburys will carry out accompanied viewings
•  Hold an Open House (if Required) 

Option 3 - Fully Managed

All of the above, PLUS;

•  Benburys will be a central point managing timelines and expectations
•  Weekly Sales progression checks with all solicitors
•  Weekly contact with all parties and other agents
•  Troubleshooting and relieving bottlenecks in the sales process to minimise any potential delays
•  Use our experience and expertise to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible
