Branch manager Sophie has been with Benburys since its inception and brings over 20 years of experience in the housing sector. She began her career with one of the largest social housing associations in the Midlands, working as a Customer Service Advisor where she supported both tenants and contractors visiting the office.
She later progressed to the Voids and Allocations team, where her responsibilities included advertising vacant properties, arranging and conducting viewings, preparing tenancy documentation, managing the move-in process, and assisting with benefit claims.
Following redundancy, Sophie transitioned into the private housing sector, where she has continued to build on her expertise and remains dedicated to delivering a high standard of service.
