Sophie Oliver-Beale MNAEA MARLA - Branch Manager
Sophie has been with Benburys since its inception and brings over 20 years of experience in the housing sector. She began her career with one of the largest social housing associations in the Midlands, working as a Customer Service Advisor where she supported both tenants and contractors.
She later progressed to the Voids and Allocations team, where her responsibilities included advertising vacant properties, arranging and conducting viewings, preparing tenancy documentation, managing the move-in process, and assisting with benefit claims.
Following redundancy, Sophie transitioned into the private housing sector, where she has continued to build on her expertise and remains dedicated to delivering a high standard of service.
Sara Burberry - Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Sara has been a valued member of the Benburys team since joining us in 2025, having made the decision to pursue a new career in the property industry. She enjoys the variety that each day brings, from conducting property viewings and negotiating offers to carrying out property visits and valuations.
Sara has quickly established herself as an integral part of the team. Her friendly, professional approach and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service ensure that every client and customer receives a positive and supportive experience throughout their property journey.
Harley Moore - Sales & Lettings Coordinator
Harley recently joined the Benburys team as our Sales & Lettings Coordinator. He plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office by coordinating property viewings, managing enquiries, and keeping clients informed throughout every stage of their property journey.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn, Harley has quickly become a valued member of the team. His positive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service ensure our clients receive a professional and seamless experience.
